Prior to joining the station, he worked at Ron Sherman Advertising in Little Rock, Arkansas as an operations director and lead talent from January 2018 to December 2020. Before that, Brannon worked at THV11 where he joined in April 1996 working as a morning show feature reporter and weekend meteorologist. After two years, he joined Robyn Richardson and B.J. Sams as a co-anchor of ‘THV 11 This Morning’ and a weekday meteorologist.
Later, Brannon joined Alyse Eady, Ashley Blackstone, Amanda Jaeger, and Rob Evans on the show, THV11 This Morning. He has a seal of approval from the National Weather Association. His interest in weather began when he was in third grade on 29th March 1976 when a tornado caused fatal destruction at downtown Cabot. Brannon is eager to once again work with the Arkansas Foodbank to help feed the hungry families and children in Arkansas. He is known as the Godfather of the THV11 Summer Cereal Drive. He has also sacrificed his time and talent to several organizations such as Stuff the Sleigh, Methodist Family Health’s Southern Silks, and Olympics Arkansas.
