Bennett covered Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Harvey and was part of Nexstar’s first week on the air with News Nation where they did live reports during Hurricane Laura.
He has a passion for people and has won an Edward R. Murrow award. Bennett grew up visiting the Florida coast every summer and is so excited to call the Sunshine State now his new home.
