Toliver serves as the weekday evening news co-anchor at WAVY-TV (NBC) in Norfolk, Virginia, where she co-anchors the 5 PM and 6 PM newscasts alongside Tom Schaad, while also solo anchoring the Noon broadcast. She joined the station in January 2018 and was promoted to her current role in November 2024. Before this promotion, she anchored WAVY’s weekday morning show (4:30–8:00 AM) and the midday show at Noon, as well as serving as the Weekday Morning News Anchor (7–9 AM) on WAVY 10 News on FOX 43.
