After finishing her studies, she returned to the United Kingdom where she began her career as a weather forecaster where she was working for the MeteoGroup UK. Later on, after about three years, she was retrained with the Met Office for her to become a low-flying aviation meteorologist while working alongside the RAF. She then later moved to the BBC station. Here she worked as a forecaster and later on as a weather presenter for the BBC. She joined the ITV team as a weather presenter for UTV and ITV Anglia.
She is a proud board member of the Royal Meteorological Society. In addition, she is interested in helping younger people, especially with their careers in Science.
