Alison has also worked at News 12 in Norwalk, Connecticut where she served as an anchor/reporter, and in Wilmington, North Carolina she worked at WECT-TV where she also served as an anchor/reporter.

In addition, she served as a programmer for ABC’s Good Morning America and ABC Sports during the 1988 Winter Olympic Games in Calgary. Over the years she has received several awards for her outstanding work inclusive of two Gracies, three Emmys, several Associated Press Awards, and on Necn’s 2000 Dupont award she was a contributing member. In the May 2007 documentary, called The Education of Deval Patrick, The First 100 Days she served as a producer and reporter. Furthermore, she has traveled all over the world from Israel with Gov. Patrick to a Trade Mission to the Massachusetts National Guard in 1997 following the war. Furthermore, her career highlight happened in 2014 when she traveled to Washington for a behind-the-scenes visit to the White House and she had a one-on-one interview with President Obama.
