Since he was in elementary school, Andrew knew he wanted to be a meteorologist so he could convey his love for the weather to viewers. He grew up in central Massachusetts, approximately 50 miles west of Boston, in the city of Leominster. As he grew older and attended high school, Andrew knew that he was always highly interested in meteorology.
After graduation from high school, Andrew enrolled at Northern Vermont University – Lyndon, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in December of 2022. During his time at Lyndon, Andrew was able to get on-air experience at its campus TV station, News7. He was also fortunate enough to work as a VTRANS student forecaster during the winter of ’21-’22.
In his free time, Andrew is a big fan of working out at the gym and going on runs. Having been on the cross-country team at NVU Lyndon, he plans to keep running and possibly enter some local races soon. Andrew also enjoys making DJ mixes and staying connected with his friends at Lyndon. He is very excited to begin his broadcast meteorology job as the newest member of the NBC5 weather team.
