Prior to joining the station, Lawless worked at FOX 8 News in Cleveland, Ohio as a reporter and multimedia journalist from October 2010 to August 2013. Prior to that, she worked at KWCH-TV in Wichita, Kansas as a TV producer and guest reporter from August 2008 to August 2010. Before that, Lawless worked at KSNT TV in Topeka, Kansas as a TV reporter from December 2007 to August 2008.
