Shipp has reported on a lot of weather events, but the most memorable one was the critical outbreaks of Summer in 2021. The other one happened at Philadelphia International Airport and was the 2nd snowiest winter that has ever been recorded in 2014. This incident tracked almost sixty-eight inches of snowfall.
