Just over a week later (on June 19), the Carolina Panthers signed him. However, Moss’s time in Carolina was also short – the team released him during roster cuts – this was on August 24.
In early 2014, Moss moved to the Arena Football League – there he joined the Los Angeles Kiss. Moss caught 9 passes – this was before he was being placed on recallable reassignment on April 23. Later that summer, Moss returned to the Bears and signed with them again (on July 29). However, once more, he was cut during final roster moves on August 30 – this ended his time with the team.
