Her organization also funds liquid nutritional supplements for survivors of colon cancers. Terrell is also a member of the board for Women and Children First which is a domestic violence facility. Donna is also a former board member for the Ronald McDonald House and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. On the American Cancer Society, she has also served as an Ambassador.
Donna attended Central Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts.
