Eric Green is an American Emmy Award-winning Meteorologist working for KOAT ABC 7 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving the station as a morning meteorologist. He has been working with this station since January 2010.

While there, he covered all kinds of weather – from strong tornadoes and summer storms to big ice storms and winter snow. Earlier in his career, he was also a meteorologist at; KBJR-TV in Duluth, Minnesota, and WOWK-TV in Huntington, West Virginia.
Green has earned an Emmy Award for his outstanding work in weather reporting. Also, he holds the AMS – American Meteorological Society’s seal of approval, which he was honored in the year 2004. In the year 2008, he was honored with the AMS CBM – Certified Broadcast Meteorologist title – this recognized his skill and professionalism in the field.
