Her task at the station was to anchor the 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 10p.m. broadcast. Before that, Woodard worked at WBOC-TV in Salisbury, Maryland where she started as an evening reporter working from June 2018 to January 2020. She then moved to the weekend anchor and reporter role working from January 2020 to June. She anchored the 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 10 p.m., and 11 p.m. newscast for the station and was also the producer for the Saturday and Sunday 10 p.m. broadcast.
