After all, his former co-anchor Kari Lake had been off the air for weeks and eventually left the station. Was Hook gone, too?

After the absence of Hook from the News segments, people were curious about his whereabouts as his fellow co-anchor had gone missing and then left the station. However, luckily, Hook has not left the Fox News team and even returned to the station’s news on a Monday. He was unfortunately diagnosed with COVID-19 hence causing his absence for some time. He states that it was weird that all of these things were happening at once. He said this while talking to the Arizona Republic. He said that he was in San Antonio with his wife when he got a scratchy throat, and the epic winter storm hit Texas. It was, however, the throat that concerned him.
