She later moved to morning news anchor working from February 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Taylor worked at WMC-TV in Memphis, Tennessee first as an intern from September 2017 to November 2017 then started working as a news content specialist from November 2017 to May 2019.
During her time at WMC, Taylor performed traditional production assistant duties and also newsroom duties such as editing and posting to the website. Before that, she worked at The Daily Helmsman in The University of Memphis as a student reporter from August 2016 to December 2017. Her love for journalism started while she was in high school where she was granted permission by her teacher to start her own show called Jurnee Through Central.
