He has been working with this station since 1993 when he joined the station as a weekend anchor and weekday reporter.

Ogle is working at KFOR where he served as the weeknight co-anchor of the 6 p.m. and 10 p.m newscast along with Joleen Chaney. In addition to serving as an anchor, he also moderates Flashpoint, which is a political affairs talk show with Todd Lamb and Mike Turpen. Ogle has worked in print and radio and over the years, he has received many awards for his reporting. For Kevin’s special called Survivor’s Story, he was honored with a Heart Land Emmy Award and for his commentary called A Real Oklahoman, that was a an update of his father Jack’s commentary from 1984, he won a Heart Land Emmy.

In 1998, Ogle received an Emmy nomination for his feature Power of Prayer and in 2004, he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters for Best Feature on his reporting of Survivor’s Story.  For Kevin’s documentary, The Family Farm, he won the first place reporting award from  The Arkansas Associated Press. He The 2004 Chairman’s Team Award was given to him by The New York Times Company Broadcast Group for his contribution to KFOR’s Triple Cast Election Watch Team on the night of the presidential election.
