Mike Woods is the morning meteorologist for “Good Day”. He joined the FOX 5 NY in June 2001. He has covered alot of weather occurances in the tri-state area including the Nor’Easters, hurricanes blizzards and also heatwaves. His first job on air was in eastern North carolina, he worked as the morning and noon weather anchor from 1993 to 1996. He also has charitable works that include a wonderful cause that is cancer. He recently did a great job by raising over $10,000 for Leukemia and Lymphoinia society through the program, Team in Training. This is dedicated to training runners, triathelets walkers , cyclist, and hikers.
