Two years later, Chamberlain hung up her jersey for the last time, as she chose to concentrate on making mass communications her career for the future. She packed up her belongings and went ten hours away from her friends and family where she continued her undergrad at Kansas State University.
There she managed to expand her journalist reporting where she worked as an anchor for KKSU-TV and a reporter for Channel 8 News. Chamberlain was offered an opportunity in the summer of 2019 to work as an intern for CBS 2 Chicago at one of her hometown news stations.
There she managed to develop a deeper connection in broadcast journalism on many different levels. She studied abroad in London, United Kingdom during her last semester. She enjoyed the time she was able to spend abroad although the pandemic brought on hard challenges along the way.
Chamberlain obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Kinesiology in May 2020. Now she works for KTAB where she first worked as a multimedia journalist. During her free time, she likes traveling around the world, working out, at home watching movies with her dog, Denver, or spending time with friends and family.
