Prior to this, she also worked as an anchor and reporter in Charlottesville, Virginia. It has always been her lifelong dream to work as a journalist in St. Louis. Her career as a journalist began about 15 years ago when she served as editor-in-chief for her high school newspaper.

Murrow Award which she was awarded for her investigations revealing an incident in which the University of Virginia Hospital made a devastating mistake affecting a grieving family. In addition, she has also been recognized by the Virginia Associated Press for her excellent work.
Among her favorite places includes St. Louis Forest Park. Rose loves animals greatly and enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old black lab rescue dog, named Avery. In addition, she has a great passion for fitness and health and also loves reading books on the latest research and listening to podcasts.
