Before that, she was not a stranger to Bay Area. Roqui was the first ever San Francisco Bay Area Reporter for, “GoodDay Sacramento”, the fun morning news show. She was the #roqnthebay for Good Day where she focused on lifestyle, entertainment, and the community all at once. Theus now gets to do the same #RoqnVegas for KLAS.
Prior to working at “Good Day Sacramento,” she worked at KRNV, the NBC affiliate in Reno, Nevada as a reporter, producer, and production assistant for two and a half years. Before taking the microphone Roqui had picked the basketball. She graduated from the University with a full athletic scholarship, majoring in Sociology.
Ever since she was a child Roqui has always dreamed of her career, and she is grateful to continue her journey with all people, informing, and inspiring.
