She began working at the station in July 2011 as a reporter. She later took the role of a weekend anchor and reporter for 2 years and 8 months then eventually became the evening news anchor and investigative reporter. Prior to joining the station, Lange worked at WWNY-TV 7News in Watertown, New York as a reporter from May 2010 to July 2011. While working there, she reported on the 10th Mountain Division of the Army based at Fort Drum and the Thousand Islands region of New York.

Before that, Lange worked at OSTN News as a reporter from January 2007 to May 2010. She also worked as an executive producer at Orange Television Network in Watertown, New York from January 2007 to May 2010. Prior to that, she worked at CitrusTV, the nation’s oldest and largest entirely student-run TV station as an executive producer and anchor from 2006 to May 2010. Before that, Lange worked at WROC/WUHF-TV as an intern from June 2009 to August 2009. While working there, she assisted in research, writing for the web, and conducting interviews.
