Ariana began her journalism career at WIBW TV in Topeka, Kansas where she served as a news anchor and reporter from December 2012 to February 2016. While there she covered multiple stories including tornadoes, President Obama at Air Force One, police shootings, and First Lady Michelle Obama’s visit to the Brown vs. Board of Education.

Due to her in-depth reporting, Cohen won a first-place Kansas Association of Broadcasters award. Afterward, Ariana moved to Spokane, Washington where she served at KXLY 4 News as a morning anchor from 2016 to 2017. While in the station she created “The A-List,” her own entertainment segment, and also covered President Trump’s visit to the city.

Later she moved to Jackson, Tennessee where she worked at WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News as the Prime-time Evening Anchor from August 2017 to August 2020. While there she started the “What’s New Wednesday”, a segment introducing new and local businesses. Cohen also honored the heroes in her segment called “Multiplying Good”. While in Tennessee, from 2017 to 2020, Ariana won the Best Local TV News Anchor award.

One of her biggest achievements and accomplishments is when she was selected to report at the Grammys and Academy Awards red carpets in Los Angeles where she managed to interview several celebrities. She has appeared on national T.V. shows including, “Fear Thy Roommate” on Discovery ID, “Snapped” on the Oxygen Channel, and “Fatal Attraction” for her coverage of local true crime stories.
