He hails from Fairfield, California where his passion for sports grew, engaging in everything from basketball to track and field. His passion for storytelling commenced at a young age and at times he would staple stacks of paper to create stories for his family to read.
He spent two years at KETK/FOX51 reporting on everything from cold cases featured on Dateline to Black Lives Matter protests to going down to Galveston to cover a hurricane. Frank was ready to bring his love for storytelling to FOX 5 after learning so much in East Texas and making lasting friendships.
While at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory High School, Frank played saxophone in the band and was captain of the football team. The media organization SITV at Saint Ignatius is the one that sparked his love for working in front and behind the camera.
During his time at Clark Atlanta University, Frank was a part of the mass media arts team, where he reported on football, softball, and basketball games as a sports reporter, leading him to produce and host a 30-minute show.
