Gray Hall is an American Emmy-Award-Winning Anchor/ Reporter working for WPVI-TV/6abc News in Philadelphia serving the station as a co-anchor for Action News at 10 on PHL17. He has been working with this station since December 2015.

Hall, a two-time Emmy-Award-Winning Journalist works with WPVI-TV where he serves the station as a Co-Anchor. Prior to joining the 6abc News team, he was working with WWBT-TV in Richmond, Virginia where he was working as an anchor for the highest-rated morning newscast for about five years. Asides from this, he has worked as a reporter for the show, “On Your Side” a consumer franchise.
Hall has also taken great pride in not only delivering the news but educating the community about the latest scams and frauds. This is in addition to getting the opportunity to be an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Previously, he has also worked with WTVJ-TV in Miami, Florida where he was serving the station as a reporter and fill-in anchor. There, he covered a number of major stories which include Fidel Castro’s resignation as Cuba’s president, and the Miami mortgage foreclosure crisis. Asides from this, he has spent about four years working for WCBD-TV in Charleston, South Carolina. There, he was serving the station as a weekend anchor and reporter.
While there, he was awarded the Green Eyeshade Award for a feature story. He kick-started his broadcasting career working for KTVT, a CBS affiliate station located in Dallas, Texas. There he was serving the station as a production assistant. Gray’s first on-air job happened shortly after the WABG in Greenville, Mississippi. There, he was working as a “one-man band” weekend anchor. His role was writing, producing, shooting, and editing his own stories and newscasts.
