Her first experienced career was just up the road in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Jennifer served as a producer and morning/noon anchor at WTAP. From there, her travel took her to warmer pastures in Columbia, South Carolina, where she served as the weekend anchor and Crime Stopper’s reporter at WLTX.
But the warm winters just lasted several years prior to Jennifer going back to reality and joining WDJT in Milwaukee where she worked her way up from weekend reporter to morning/noon anchor. She also documented weekly for her segment named”Making Milwaukee Great” where she profiled individuals and organizations doing positive things. It was during those tapings that she met somebody who enabled her to get involved in the community. Jennifer volunteered at the Milwaukee Animal Rescue Center and served as a coach for Girls on the Run. She expects to find identical organizations to get involved in Pittsburgh.
Jennifer has been appointed for a Southeast Regional Emmy for her anchoring and has earned Wisconsin Broadcasters Association awards for breaking news and feature storytelling. Outside of work, she loves skiing and running and can’t wait to test out the slopes in Western Pa. Jennifer is married to Jason and loves coming home to her dog, Bailey, and cat, Nessie.
