Landon works at Fox 2 news as a Reporter/Anchor. He began his broadcasting career in Lansing, Michigan where he worked as a reporter. Then he moved to Florida, Virginia, Wisconsin, and now back home. Before the wonderful opportunity to work at FOX 2 came his way, he had been gone for eight years. Landon received his degree from Eastern Michigan University in broadcast journalism after he graduated from Denby High School.
Since he was a kid local news has been in him. When growing up, his mother used to make him watch the local news in Detroit. During his childhood life, local news became COOL to him at some point. When he was ranging between the age of 4 to 5 years old, he and his cousin Andre were at the Detroit International Auto Show.
When he was a kid he remembers walking around at Eastland Mall, and noticed a former TV meteorologist shopping with his kids. It’s weird how he followed the gentleman in the mall until he got his attention. He began his first job at McDonald’s outside Eastland Mall when he was 15 years old.
He was officially hooked the moment he saw reporters and anchors doing their jobs and realized it is the job for him. Before coming back home, it took her eight years in the business, working in different cities. He is excited to be back in the city he loves.
