On one spring evening, he had a moment of career clarity that would guide his actions for years. Marler incorporated his two dream jobs as a teacher and game show host and would weatherman. Finally, he did physics and meteorology. He got his first broadcasting taste when he interned at TV stations in Washington, D.C.
