The couple had their wedding on the 25th of September 2021 in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
Cooke and Amanda Batula do not have children yet. In November 2023, Amanda shared with “People” magazine that they were not ready for kids because they were focused on their careers. By October 2024, Cooke told “Page Six” that they were figuring out their next steps and might start trying for a baby soon. Cooke showed off a new hairstyle in May 2022. He was noticed wearing different mullet wigs on Saturdays and Sundays in the Hamptons – this caught the attention of his fans. Later (in an interview) he confirmed that he was actually growing a mullet, and his stylist called it the “grow-in stage.”

In early 2022, Cooke was feeling stressed and was drinking alchohol a lot due to money problems. He admitted that Loverboy Inc. had faced several legal issues, including a lawsuit with Night Shift Brewing, which he mentioned in “Summer House” Season 6. In September 2020, Loverboy Bar’s owner sued Cooke for trademark issues. Cooke fought back, claiming they had the right to use the name (the case was settled by February 2021). In January 2021, Night Shift Distributing took legal action against Loverboy Inc. through a Massachusetts alcohol commission (the case was dismissed in June 2021). In May 2021, Loverboy Inc. sued Night Shift – accused of unfair business practices. The case was settled in September 2021 (both sides agreeing to move on without appeals).
