There, she counts herself lucky to have received a full-time job as a reporter for the station immediately after her graduation. However, she states that she had to work really hard in order to get that job. She had several talk shows and also had to Deejaying at times.
Previously, she had also worked for the University’s television station, and written for the station’s magazine. She was doing anything she thought would give her the experience needed in order to be a better journalist. However, she goes ahead to state that it wasn’t always fun but it helps her prove that hard work pays off.
Later on, she went ahead to move to Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina where she was serving among one of the main anchors for the late of the evening newscasts at the WSPA-TV.
