Mike enjoyed meeting now-OKC Thunder Center Kendrick Perkins for the first time. As he prepared to start his Freshman year at Ozen, Coach Andre Boutte granted him his first interview. Friedman cannot recall looking up from staring at his feet the entire time the only response was yes sirs and since then it’s been a pleasure to cover Kendrick.
Friedman will never forget the return of Lamar University football. He also likes others in the area, including desired local college football, and is inspired to have the Cardinal Football team now. Coach Ray Woodard airs at 11:05 p.m on Sunday nights, during the season as the host.
