Rosie was Miss United Nations USA in 2013. However, after her best friend died in a motorcycle crash, she spent her year of service supporting her platform helmet protection and head trauma awareness. After her reign, she continued volunteering for the Vietnamese Utah Organization and the Virtua Foundation and also traveled to Africa to help establish the first Children’s Hospital in Tanzania.
