Prior to joining the station, Murray worked at KVUE in Austin, Texas as a reporter and fill-in anchor from January 2013 to January 2016. While working at the station, she covered crime and courts, at times spending weeks inside a courtroom on a high-profile case. Murray also has the opportunity to report on fun events such as the Longhorn football and the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Prior to that, she worked at KOSA CBS 7 in Odessa/Midland, Texas as a reporter and anchor from May 2010 to December 2012.
