For a decade she served as a reporter and anchor for Good Day Alabama, reporting everything from breaking news to human-interest stories and light-hearted. Some of the largest stories she has covered while at WBRC include “Snowmageddon,” the aftermath of the Covid pandemic, and the April 2011 tornados.
Prior to joining WBRC, Clare served as an anchor, reporter, and producer for WVUA-TV in Tuscaloosa. She commenced her television profession while a student at the University of Alabama. After graduation, Clare accepted a full-time job with WVUA-TV. She loved serving the West Alabama society but was pleased to return “home” to Birmingham when the right chance came along at WBRC.

She also serves as a national volunteer with her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. Outside of work, Clare enjoys traveling, volunteering, and running.
