Afterward, Elizabeth went back to local news at KGTV, San Diego’s ABC affiliate, where she served as an anchor and reporter and started a family. Elizabeth is also a lecturer at California State University where she enjoys teaching undergraduate journalism classes at her alma mater.
She has also hosted a national PBS parenting show, A Place of Our Own, that aimed at guiding young children to succeed in school and in life.
