Upon graduating, Laura served as the creator/producer of an original sitcom and as an entertainment reporter on the red carpet for Texas Student TV’s entertainment show. She also wrote for Spark Magazine and The Daily Texan. She refined her journalism skills with internships at ABC 13 in Houston, Austin PBS, CBS Austin, and Good Morning America in New York City.
