For more than 20 years, Stefani taught voice and dance at her family’s performing arts center in Alliance, Ohio. She is still interested in music, and remains active to this day, singing the National Anthem for the Cleveland sports teams and professional teams on the west coast. From 1979 to 1989, Stefani and her brother, Thommie, a recording artist in California, visited the country with the Bob Hope USO Troupe. She and her brother had their own show at Geauga Lake Amusement Park in 1983, where they danced, sang, and played eight different musical instruments. The brother-sister duo was also the opening act for Barbara Mandrell, The Oak Ridge Boys, Chubby Checker, and Alabama.

Stefani has been very engaged in the festivities surrounding the Professional Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
