One remarkable event that Cesar reported in Idaho was the Labor Day Windstorm that brought wind speeds of almost 100 mph to the high deserts of the western Rockies.

While Cesar got his on-air meteorologist career commenced in the West, he worked as an intern at WMAR-2 News. A native of Bethesda, he is thrilled to be back in a place he called home for a little over three years. He is a huge weather nerd and can be frequently seen checking out the newest models and radar to see where the next major weather incident is occurring in the country.
