While working at this station she was awarded as an Award-winning Weekend Sports Anchor for the #1 Station in the Market. Dapper hosted the Nightly Sports Show for 30 minutes, SWX Tonight on the KHQ-TV All Sports & Weather Channel.
Mitchelle covered College Sports in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington, including Gonzaga, Idaho, Eastern Washington, Whitworth, and Pac-12’s Washington State. Previously before working at KHQ-TV, she worked at KAYU-TV Fox 28 in Spokane, WA, as a sports anchor and reporter from August 2010 to September 2014. Prior to working at KAYU, Dapper worked at Chambers Communications Corp- KEZI-TV in Eugene, Oregon, from October 2009 to August 2010, and KRBC-TV, in Abilene, Texas as the Sports Director. Throughout her college years, Mitchelle not only anchored and reported for The College Sports Report and State of Events, but she also interned at KTVU-TV in the sports department.
From January 2008 to October 2009, Mitchelle worked as a weekday sports reporter/own segment for KEYJ, Rock 108 Abilene, Texas Area. Dapper’s Sports Roundup, provided radio sports updates, locally and nationally.
