In Raleigh, where she grew up, she interned at the Raleigh Television Network Summer Youth Employee from June 2011 to August 2012 and at WNCN from June 2015 – August 2015. Fox started her career as a journalist working as a Sports Reporter/ Anchor at Campbell NOW! TV between August 2013 and May 2016.
Fox also worked at The Campbell Times Student Newspaper as Staff Writer. She was employed at ABC11 Eyewitness News – WTVD, Durham, North Carolina from August 2015 to May 2016. There, she worked as a News Production Assistant during her senior year in college. She received the Senior of the Year Award in Broadcasting and Electronic Media.
Fox later moved to New York City where she worked for ABC News as a Good Morning America Intern. She then moved on to work for WDVM-TV localDVM.com (formerly WHAG), in Winchester, Virginia as a Reporter/ Anchor from October 2016. She worked there for almost 2 years before moving to Nexstar Media Group, Inc., Richmond, Virginia, and worked as a Night Reporter/ Anchor.
